定重定尺切割技术在连铸坯切割中的应用研究

摘要

In the process of continuous casting production ,the on-line cutting of slab is an important link .It improves processing technique and directly affects the yield of rolling in the following techniques .By analyzing the influence factors ,this paper puts forward the thinking of combining the image processing techniques and weighing technology to achieve the fixed-weight and fixed-length cutting of slab ,introduces the control principle .The system has been put into operation to improve the control precision and the rolling yield .%在连铸生产流程中，铸坯的在线切割是一重要环节，对钢铁行业提高生产工艺和后续轧机轧制成材率有直接的影响。通过分析影响因素，提出了利用图像识别处理技术和称重技术相结合的方式实现钢坯的定重定尺切割。系统投运后达到了提高铸坯单重控制精度及轧制成材率的效果。
