脂肪测定仪测定香肠中脂肪含量的研究

摘要

采用脂肪测定仪测定香肠中脂肪的含量，结果表明，所测样品中脂肪的含量为8．2％，该方法简单、准确度高，适用于香肠中脂肪含量的测定。%In this paper, fat analyzer was used to determine the fat content of sausages, the result showed that the measured fat content in the sample was 8.25%, the method is simple, and of high accuracy for determination of fat content in sausage.
