试验对宁波市区多个农贸市场中猪肉肌肉、肝脏、肾脏进行随机抽样,检测其中的铅、镉两种重金属残留情况。结果表明:猪肝和猪肾样品中的铅含量分别存在20%和27%的超标率,其余样品各指标(猪肉中铅残留量、镉残留量,猪肝和猪肾中镉残留量)均符合卫生部2012年发布的《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》规定的标准。%Pork muscle, liver, kidney in multiple farmers market in Ningbo were randomly sampled in the test. The residues of lead and cadmium were detected. The results showed lead content of the pork liver samples and pork kidney samples exceeded the standards for 20% and 27% respectively. The other indexes, residues of lead and cadmium in pork and residues of cadmium in pork liver and kidney all ac⁃corded with standards of the National food safety standards in food contaminants released in 2012 .
