基于程序逻辑控制器控制的压力机改造

摘要

用程序逻辑控制器(PLC)改造压力机的电气控制系统,同时对润滑系统也进行改造,增加了PLC程序用于对润滑状态的监控;利用电子凸轮与PLC的结合,实现了离合器、制动器运行过程中的动态跟踪,确保设备稳定运行.%this paper uses PLC to reform the electric control system of the press and to improve its lubricating system and programmes the PLC to monitor the lubrication condition. It also uses the electronic CAM and PLC together to realize the dynamic track of the clutches and brakes in the process of operation, in order to ensure its stable opertion.
