膨胀阀特性对压缩机性能测试精确度影响的研究

吸气压力的控制是压缩机性能测试的难点之一。依据膨胀阀流量特性的分析，采用两种典型特性的膨胀阀对冷量大小不同的压缩机的测控，以及试验数据的偏差分析，得出了膨胀阀特性对压缩机性能精度影响的趋势，为制冷压缩机性能试验系统的设计及膨胀阀的选择提供了科学数据。%Control of suction pressure is one of the difficult points of the compressor performance test. According to the analysis of expansion valve flow characteristics, different refrigerating capacity compressors are tested and deviations of the test data are ana-lysed in the two typical characteristics expansion valves. The influence trend of expansion valve characteristics on the performance testing precision of compressor is obtained and a scienfific deta is provided for the design of refrigerating compressor performance test system and selection of the expansion valve.
