The Design and Development of Comprehensive Performance Tester for Electronic Expansion Valve

摘要

A new type of performance tester for electronic expansion valve (EEV) is represented, which could test different types of EEV through industrial methods. This tester realizes three key functions automatically, including internal leakage testing, opening pulse valve testing and full flow of valve testing. The design principle of hardware architecture and software are described. The experiment results show that the equipment successfully accomplishes comprehensive performance test on electronic expansion valve with the advantage of advanced technology, high accuracy, high automation ability and so on, which improves the detection efficiency and reduces labor cost effectively.
