针对后大架的轻量化设计,建立了一种基于全炮总体结构下的动力学参数化模型,采用拉丁方实验设计方法,得到描述设计响应与设计变量之间关系的Kriging近似模型。在此基础上,采用多岛遗传算法对后大架结构参数进行优化,获得了优化后的后大架质量最优解,该建模策略及优化思路对火炮各部件结构设计及轻量化具有指导意义。%According to the requirement of the lightweight design of backtrail, this paper builds its dynamic parametric model based on towed howitzer global structure. A Kriging model used to describe the relationship between design responses and design variables is obtained by Latin-square experiment design. On this basis, the multi-island genetic algorithm is used to optimize the dimension pa-rameter of the howitzer’ s backtrail, and the mass optimal solution of the towed howitzer is achieved. This kind of modeling strategy and optimization method is of guiding significance for the howitzer’ s lightweight structure design of parts.
