航天阀门柔性关联工序制造系统质量建模分析

         

摘要

Astronautical valves are indispensable to many aerospace facilities. Their products are not only numerous, which need to be machined in the similar machining process, but also complicated, which need to be processed through multistage manufacturing systems. It is of great importance to studying the quality performance of the flexible multistage manufacturing systems. This paper takes the process flexibility and process correlation into consideration and proposes a quality propagation model based on Markov chain method. The effectiveness of this model is validated by one case of multistage manufacturing system of F astronautical valve used in a domestic rocket manufacturing company.%航天阀门是运载火箭等航天产品中不可缺少的组成部分。阀门零件种类繁多,实际生产中会在同一工序上加工多种相似零件,并且由于零件的复杂性,往往需要经过多道关联工序加工完成。综合考虑生产柔性和工序关联性,应用马尔科夫方法建立了质量传递模型,并应用于某型号火箭F系列航天阀门零件的加工案例,验证了模型的有效性和实用性。
