To reduce the cost of the windshield glass cutting machine,this paper designs the cutting machine platform with the mini-mum cylinder stroke and uses MATLAB software with the SQP algorithm to opfimize the cylinder stroke and its installation position in the platform,as to improve the rotation performance of the platform by the ADAMS software.It is of certain significance in engineer-ing applications.%为降低挡风玻璃自动切割机的成本,以切割机平台电缸行程最小为目标函数,通过MATLAB软件运用序列二次规划算法对电缸行程进行优化.根据优化后电缸行程,对电缸在平台的安装位置进行优化.最后,通过ADAMS软件验证优化后平台的转动性能得到改善,达到优化目的,具有一定的工程应用意义.
