摘要

In these times of modernization, use of artificially intelligent machines becomes the need of the day. Recent developments in science and technology have brought a revolutionary change in the way the machines operate. Automated machines reduces human efforts to a large extent. Plucking of leafy vegetables is a time consuming task in our day to day lives. We know that there are many products or machinery available in market for various purposes such as cutting, chopping of leafy vegetables. The demand of the amount of leafy vegetables to be cut for dishes always remains higher than the amount of consumption. A model has been proposed in this paper using image processing and embedded systems to help find out damaged or good leafy vegetables. This method finds out the amount of chlorophyll present in leaves and hence notifies us about the amount of nourishment present in those leafy vegetables. A robotic arm has been used to pluck the leafy vegetables and hence it saves time and effort. Plus it helps in restoring essential nutrients present in the leafy vegetables which are good for our consumption.
