针对典型移动分体式垃圾压缩站的举升机构,基于ADAMS软件以其液压缸的驱动功率最大值的最小化为目标函数进行机构动力学优化设计,并根据动力学仿真结果确定了该举升机构载荷最为严峻的工况.结合ANSYS有限元软件,对该举升机构此工况下的结构强度进行了有限元分析,分析结果可为该类垃圾压缩站举升机构的结构设计提供必要的理论依据.%This paper takes the minimum power of the highest driving power of the hydraulic cylinder as the object function to perform dynamic optimization and design for the lifting mechanism of mobile split garbage compression station,based on ADAMS software, then determines the most severe condition of the lifting mechanism according to the dynamic simulation results,and then,uses AN-SYS workbench software to conduct the finite element analysis for its structural strength under this condition. The analysis results provide essential theoretical guidance for the lifting mechanism structural design.
