In the experiment, 80 yeast strains were separated from yak Qula samples in different altitude regions in Tibet. Through TTC primary screening, glucose tolerance secondary screening, and alcohol fermentation third screening, a yeast strain named XZ3 with good fermenting per-formance was finally obtained. Its morphological and physiological characterization and 26S rDNAD1/D2 sequences analysis indicated that such strain was Saccharomuces crevisiae.%从西藏不同海拔地区的曲拉样品分离得到80株酵母菌,经过TTC一级筛选、糖浓度耐性二级筛选和酒精发酵三级筛选获得1株发酵性能较好的菌株XZ3,结合生理生化特征和26S rDNAD1/D2序列分析,鉴定该菌株为Saccharomyces cerevisiae。
