文章对图书馆服务补救相关研究成果进行系统梳理,归纳总结研究现状,分析讨论研究存在的问题,指出未来的研究方向,以期引起学界及业界的重视并为今后相关研究提供一定参考。分析发现,当前研究多集中在图书馆服务失误的归因,图书馆服务补救的意义、原则、策略、管理以及单项服务补救等方面,主要还停留在理论探讨阶段,尚缺乏图书馆服务补救及其效果评价的实证研究,日后需结合图书馆服务的特点进行深层次的实证探讨,以充实图书馆服务补救的研究内容,拓展其研究视角。%〔Abstract〕Systematically review on the research results of library service recovery, summarized the present research situation of library service recovery, analysis and discuss the problems of library service recovery research, points out the future research directions of library service recovery, in order to attract the attentions of the academia and the industry and provide some reference for the future research. Analysis found that the current research mainly focus on library service failure attribution. And the meaning, principle, strategy, management of library service recovery, individual service recovery and other aspects, which still remains in theory discussion stage, lack of empirical research on the library service recovery and its effect evaluation. In the future, it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the library services to engage in empirical research, in order to enrich the research contents of library service recovery, expand its research perspectives.
