The characteristics of producing polysaccharide of monokaryontic mycelia and dikaryotic mycelia from Gano- derma lucidurm developed from the basidiospores was studied. The maximum yields of polysaccharide from monokary- ontic mycelia was 1 321.0 mg/L and the maximum yields of polysaccharide from dikaryotic mycelia was 1 024.0mg/L. This indicated that polysaccharide from monokaryontic mycelia is high than dikaryotic mycelia. The study will provide the theoretical basis for producing polysaccharide of the monokaryontic mycelia from Ganoderma lucidum as breeding materials.%利用液体发酵技术对灵芝单双核菌丝产生多糖进行了研究。结果表明,单核菌丝产糖量最大值为1321.0mg/L,双核菌丝产糖量最大值为1024.0mg/L,单核菌丝产多糖量比双核菌丝高,为采用单核菌丝作为产灵芝多糖的育种材料提供了理论依据。
