The present invention provides a culture medium for cultivation of mycelium of mushrooms containing Rhus verniciflua extract, and a method for producing mushroom mycelia having increased ganoderma lanediol content. The medium for culturing the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum according to the present invention and the method for producing the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum using the same can increase the content of Kanadomanandiol which is a melanin biosynthesis inhibitor. Therefore, in the field of whitening cosmetics industry, It can be usefully used as a way to increase production.
