The present invention provides a culture medium for cultivation of mycelial mushroom mycelia containing Rhus verniciflua extract and a method for producing the mushroom mycelia having increased ganodermanondiol content. The culture medium for cultivating mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum and the method of producing the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum using the same according to the present invention may increase the content of ganodermanondiol, which is a melanin biosynthesis inhibitor. Therefore, the mycelial of Ganoderma lucidum can be usefully used as a method for increasing the yield of ganodermanondiol in a whitening cosmetic industry.
