国外听力学专业认证体系对我国教学改革的启示

         

摘要

[Objective] To explore the reference significance of overseas audiology professional certification system on audiology educational reforms in Chi-na. [Methods]In this paper, we describe the audiological education and occupational qualification in developed countries, combining with current develop-ment of audiology in China, to seek the enlightenment on reformation in audiology education in China. [Results] China ’s audiology education and occu-pational qualification need to be reformed in an unified organization of professionals. In addition, it should be recognized, supervised and adjusted by the National Career Management Department. This is the very action that is in line with the goal of sustainable development in terms of profession. Since oc-cupational certification and accreditation standards are complementary to each other, we can draw the concept of clinical education from abroad for refer-ence to establish a teaching model with Chinese characteristics, and build China ’s audiology professional certification system in the aim of innovation and internationalization. [Conclusion] Consequently, in order to promote China ’s education in audiology, it is of great significance to develop a professional certification system based on China's national conditions and deepen reforms of the teaching system.%[目的]探讨国外听力学专业认证体系对我国听力学教育教学改革的借鉴意义。[方法]本文通过介绍发达国家听力学教育和从业人员职业资格认证情况,结合国内听力学发展现况,寻求其对中国听力学教育的可参考的教学改革启示。[结果]我国听力学教育职业认证标准需要一定的专家从业人员在统一的组织中,形成和完善,并得到国家职业管理部门的认可,并监控和调整职业标准,才是最最符合行业的可持续发展目标的行为。专业认证体系与职业认证相辅相成,可借鉴国外临床教学理念建立中国特色临床教学模式,可以创新型国际化为目标形成中国听力学专业认证体系。[结论]制定出符合中国国情的专业认证体系,深化教学改革,对于推动我国听力学教育发展意义重大。
