企业知识型员工主观幸福感的研究

     

摘要

With the increasing function of knowledgc staff in an enterprise, their dominant position has got highlighted.But research shows that their subjective sense of well-being has not thus increased.The promotion of their subjective sense of well-being and their performance is of great theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of the organization.This paper first defines the connotation of knowledge staff's subjective sense of well-being, then searches for the factors influencing the sense,and finally put forward some suggestions to enhance the knowledge staff's subjective well-beings.%知识型员工的重要作用使得其在企业中的主体地位日益凸显.但是研究表明。知识型员工的主现幸福感并没有因此而增加。如何有效地提升企业知识型员工的主观幸福感,进而提升个人和企业的绩效。时予企业的可持续发展具有重要的理论和实际意义。本文首先界定知识型员工主观幸福感的内涵,然后找出影响知识型员工主观幸福感的因素,最后提出提升知识型员工主观幸福感的策略。
