汉英谚语的来源差异比较及其翻译策略

摘要

谚语是人们经过长期使用而提炼而来的语言精华，是语言中最富有比族文化特色的部分。汉英谚语各自具有独特的表达方式、丰富的内涵，蕴含大量的文化信息（汉语言语各自具有独特的表达方式和丰富的内涵，并且蕴含了大量的文化信息）。从地域、宗教信仰、风俗习惯和思想观念四个方面来阐述汉英谚语的来源差异，并进而讨论在汉英谚语翻译中归化和异化策略的具体应用，以达到既保持源语的生动形象又能让译者读者理解其深刻寓意。%Proverbs are the essence of languages refined by the working people in their daily use, which arethe most national and cultural. Chinese and English proverbs have their own special expressions, rich connotations, and abundant cultural information. This thesis expounds the different sources of Chinese and English proverbs from four aspects -- geographic location, religious belief, customs and ideological concepts.
