从“顾客就是上帝”到“以学生为中心”

     

摘要

在教育活动中简单套用市场营销中的“顾客就是上帝”理念,很容易得出“以学生为中心”的结论,凡是“学生的需要”都被视为正面的、应该满足的。但“学生的需要”有对错之分、高低之别,需要老师予以指导和纠偏。这种指导必然赋予教师在知识和职能上的权威地位,教师的权威地位是为了保障学生更好地发展,而不意味着对学生尊严和人格的践踏。因此,因为“顾客就是上帝”就强调“以学生为中心”显得于理不足,也价值不大。%To directly apply “the customer is King” into teaching practice can get the conclusion of “the student is center” easily, which means all the students ’ needs should be considered as positive and should be answered .However , there are different needs which could be correct or incorrect , which are in need of necessary directions and corrections from teachers .Therefore , teachers must be regarded as the authority in knowledge and function , and this authority is not to offend students ’ dignity but to guarantee their develop-ment.Thus, to focus on “the student is center” because of “the customer is King” is not reasonable and significant .
