The management philosophy held by the top management on employees play an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of human resource management. The effectiveness of human resource management involves the management of employees. Many enterprises insist on the concept that the customers are God rather than the concept that the employees are God, then how employees could work for enterprises? And if the conflicts occurred between customers and employees, how the enterprises which held the concept that customers are God treat the employees? Surely customers are God of the enterprises, while employees are also God of the enterprises. The employees are the God's God and they are the internal customers of the enterprises.
