蚕豆中黄曲霉毒素B1提取方法的研究

摘要

主要探讨了高效液相色谱法快速检测蚕豆中黄曲霉素B<,1>的提取条件;分别考察了在不同超声波提取时间、不同超声波提取功率下、不同浓度的甲醇对黄曲霉素B<,1>分离检测效果的影响;并用响应面设计探讨了不同条件的交互作用;找出了最佳工艺参数的范围:甲醇浓度为49.90%～50.35%,提取时间为6.09～6.22 min,超声波提取功率为95.2%～97.1%.可为黄曲霉素B<,1>的检测提供简便、准确、可靠、重复性好的分析方法.%This study focused on the high performance liquid chromatography method for rapid detection of AFB1 in broad bean.The authors investigated the separation and detection effect of AFB1 at different times, different ultrasonic power and the different concentrations of methanol, used response surface design to discuss the interaction of different conditions. The optimum parameters are:49.90％-50. 35％ ethanol concentration, extraction time 6.09-6. 22 min, 95. 2％-97. 1％ ultrasonic power. The paper presents a simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible method to determine AFB1.
