全球化时代我国的外语教育政策研究——国家文化利益的视角

摘要

全球化时代，语言（外语）优势常被用来传播价值观念，提升国家文化软实力，实现国家文化利益。外语优势的获得依赖于外语教育政策的指导，因此，外语教育政策成为各国实现国家文化利益的重要手段。外语教育政策的制定与实施必须与国家发展战略紧密联系在一起，以维护和实现国家文化利益作为终极文化目标指向。%In the era of globalization, language superiority is often utilized to propagate values and promote the soft power of a nation, thereby gaining or obtaining national cultural interests. Acquiring (foreign) language superiority relies on the guidance of language educational policies. Therefore, foreign language educational policies have become a critical means for a nation to safeguard and also'to realize its national cultural interests. The making of foreign language educational policies and their imple- mentation must be closely linked to the development strategy of a nation, aiming highly in order to ensure the protection of the national cultural interests of a nation and realization of these national cultural interests.
