PURPOSE: A video foreign language education system, recording medium for video foreign language education method and video foreign language education system using the video language education system are provided to learn the foreign language while seeing and listening a video which commented the native speaker education with a video educating a native speaker using a corresponding foreign language. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(20) is connected to a network(12) to an education server(30). A recording medium(11) is inserted to a recording medium insertion unit of the client terminal. The recording medium shows a learning panel window in an overall GUI screen display unit(23). The recording medium shows an explanatory language video window and a native speaker language video window in the learning panel window. An education server performs a user authentication. The education server transmits education data with the client terminal.
