90后大学生职业价值观与职业决策自我效能感关系的研究

         

摘要

Objective: investigate the status quo of career values and career decision-making self-efficacy of 90th college students as well as relations between both to provide reference to college students’ employment. Method:the questionnaire survey. Result: “post-90s” varied in gender, grade and major differs greatly in career values; those varied in grade and major differ in career decision-making elf-efficacy;those varied in gender have no prominent difference in it;there is the positive correlation between these two indexes. Conclusion: colleges need to solidify the career value education scientifically and provide the special group with career guidance, career plan courses and practical ability.%目的:调查90后大学生职业价值观及职业决策效能感的现状,并探索两者关系,为学校做好大学生就业工作提供支持。方法:采用问卷调查法。结果:不同性别、年级、专业的“90”后大学生职业价值观存在显著性差异;不同年级、专业的“90”后大学生职业决策自我效能感存在显著差异,而在性别上不存在显著性;90后大学生职业价值观与职业决策自我效能感之间呈现正相关。结论:学校需加强科学的职业价值观教育,提供特殊群体的职业辅导、职业生涯规划课程和实践能力。
