教学自我：新手教师专业发展的身份认同

摘要

Teaching themselves is a professional status of novice teachers,including three characteristics with practicality,subjectivity and generative.Misunderstand of the teaching practice,fuzzy values,and block the generative channel,these lead to form teaching themselves difficultly.Professional development of novice teachers chooses growing up teaching practice,adopting consciousness of subject,and expending the generative channel,to be in the way of teaching style.%教学自我是新手教师的一种专业身份,具有实践性、主体性和生成性的特征。由于教学实践的误解、主体价值观模糊和生成通道的不畅,导致教学自我难以形成。新手教师的专业发展选择教学实践中成长、确立主体意识以及畅通生成渠道等方式,形成教学风格。
