积极心理学视阈下高校思想政治教育人文关怀的三个维度

It is important and difficult to indeed realize humanistic care in ideological and political education in university. Fortunately, the rise of positive psychology brings a new view for the humanistic care of ideological and political education in university. Firstly, idea-ideological and political education in university should he paid more attention to setting up positive education and teaching how to help others or themselves. Secondly, method-positive psychology teaching and positive mood experience should be run so as to notice the spiritual world ot students and toster positive character, lhirdty, environment-a pOsltlve ,cleologtcal ana po- litical education environment should be constructed with the help of organization system of positive psychology.%如何更好地实现人文关怀一直是高校思想政治教育工作的重难点，而积极心理学的兴起则为高校思想政治教育人文关怀带来了新思维。理念之维：借鉴积极心理学的自我决定论与积极教育思想，高校思想政治教育应树立正面教育为主与助人自助的教育理念；方法之维：运用积极心理学的积极心理辅导法与积极情绪体验法，以关注大学生的精神世界及培养其积极人格品质；环境之维：借鉴积极心理学的组织系统论，构建积极的思想政治教育环境。
