The academic ecological environment is an indicator of university spirit, which directly decides the university the smooth realization of the purpose and function. Academic ecological environment of alienation is the result of the excessive suppression of administrative power and social domination of utilitarian thinking. The gist of the university spirit and concept and establishment of the modern university system is the only way to reconstruct the reasonable academic ecologi⁃cal environment, to break away from the utilitarian, impetuous and grandiose aura.
