The administrative personnel administration system that can grasp the major field of teachers and applicants of teachers is disclosed. The administrative personnel administration system has a teacher work database, an authorship classifying section, and a personnel matching section. The work database manages research works of teachers and applicants. The Authorship and Classification Division sets up a discipline for each of the research works of teachers and applicants. The Human Resources Matching Department creates a Humanities Classification Network that represents the relevant disciplines for each of the teachers and applicants. The Humanities Classification Network establishes the relevant disciplines of the teacher or teacher applicant corresponding to the research work based on the academic field of the research work. In this way, the administrative personnel administration system can use the research works to set the academic field for each of the teachers and the teacher candidates, so that they can objectively grasp the actual related academic fields of the teachers and the teacher candidates.
