“基于证据”制定教育政策

         

摘要

近年来,“基于证据的政策”理念广为欧美发达国家所推崇,根据这一理念制定教育政策在教育领域成为一种趋势。本文系统梳理了“基于证据的政策”理念、证据来源和分析方法,在此基础上,借鉴欧美国家的相关经验,分析我国在制定教育政策过程中存在的问题,提出“基于证据”制定我国基础教育课程政策的构想,并建议由教育部主导建立全国性的学科教学信息协作网,通过证据分析,及时调整、修订、完善教育政策。%In recent years,the idea of evidence-based policy (EBP)making had been accorded great im-portance by the western countries.It has become a trend that making educational policy by using the i-dea of EBP.In this paper,we firstly sort the sources of the evidence and analytic methods about EBEP.On the basis of the previous work and the experiences that already existed in the western coun-tries,we then discuss some problems of EBEP in China.At last,we give one advice to the revision and improvement to the policy of basic educational curriculum reformation:the Ministry of Education should build a national network for corporation on basic educational information;therefore the educa-tion policy will be reformed timely through analyzing the evidences.
