实行司法资格准入制以来,司法资格证书是就业"敲门砖"。目前的法学案例教学所占比例较小,以"解决案例"为目的,缺乏对案例的学理反思,与司法考试的要求相去甚远。应加强案例教学,拓展推理式、比较式、抗辩式、模拟式等多元化案例教学途径。%Judicial certificates became the "open sesame" after implementation of judicial qualification entrance policies in China,but the case teaching of the science of law can not follow the requirement of National Judicial Examination with the small proportion and less theoretical reflection in teaching process.In the case teaching of the science of law,diversified teaching methods such as deductive,comparative,debating and modeling should be expanded.
