ESI数据库在高校学科科研评价中的应用-以南京师范大学为例

摘要

The paper,based on the data mining and analysis function of essential science indicators (ESI) database,provides decision support in disciplinary development,scientific research cooperation,talent evaluation, talent introduction,and discipline evaluation in universities through analyzing,evaluating and forecasting influential disciplines,organization,achievements and authors.%基于基本科学指标(ESI)数据库的数据挖掘和分析功能，通过对高校高影响力的学科、机构、成果、作者进行分析、评估、预测，进而为高校学科评价中的学科发展、科研协作、人才评估和人才引进等提供决策支持。
