As the main body of teachers'professional development, teachers'professional development needs and con-sciousness are the inner power of professional development.In addition, the needs and consciousness struggle with teachers'occupation identity.By using the questionnaire survey, the article surveyed 95 junior middle school mathe-matics teachers'occupation identity and professional development in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province.The results showed that junior middle school mathematics teachers'occupation identity is in proportion to professional develop-ment, and their elements have differences on gender, position and location.The article further gives countermeasures and suggestions on promote junior middle school mathematics teachers'professional development.%教师作为教师专业发展中的主体, 对自我专业发展的需求和意识是其专业发展的内在动力, 并且, 这种需求和意识深受教师职业认同的影响. 文章主要运用问卷调查分析, 得出初中数学教师的职业认同水平与专业发展状况成正比例相关, 且各自的组成要素都呈现出性别、 职务、 所在地等方面的差异. 提高初中数学教师专业发展需要切实加强组织初中数学教师培训工作, 积极发展网络交流平台, 应给予初中数学教师和师范生更多实践的平台, 促进同行之间的交流与合作.
