法律文本汉译英中名词化结构的运用

摘要

There are many differences in the use of nominalization between Chinese and English.The phenomenon of nominalization has become a major problem for the translators in Chinese-English translation.So in this paper the concept of nominalization are firstly introduced,and then with the help of Chinese-English bilingual text,five modes for Chinese-English translation of legal texts are put forward by analyzing some examples in Labor Contract Law of the People＇s Republic of China.It can provide some guidance for the Chinese-English translation of legal texts.%汉英语言中名词化的使用存在许多的差异,名词化现象成为译者汉译英时所面临的一大困难。文章从名词化的概念,进而借助《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》汉英对照文本,通过实例分析了法律汉译英中名词化结构的五种模式,以期对法律文本的汉英翻译提供一定的指导作用。
