教育均衡发展背景下晋南地区城乡小学体育师资配置差异研究

         

摘要

Using a variety of research methods , such as material reference , questionnaires to investigate the configuration of physical education teachers of urban and rural primary schools in Jinnan district .Results show that urban and rural primary schools ’ physical education teachers in Jinnan district are different in the basic information and career development; the urban primary schools ’ teachers are obviously more superior than rural primary schools’ in many aspects, such as educational background , job title, age structure, the proportion of female teachers , conditions of research , teaching attitude , and other aspects of welfare .Aiming at these real existence issues, this essay made the following recommendations , to improve the less-optimistic teenagers’ physical health status , furthermore, to achieve balanced development of urban and rural education and education fairness .%采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,通过对晋南地区城乡小学体育师资配置情况进行了调查。结果显示:晋南地区城市和农村小学体育师资在基本情况、职业发展方面存在差异;城市小学体育教师在学历、职称、年龄结构、女教师比例、科研条件、教学态度、其他福利待遇等方面明显优于农村小学。针对实际存在的问题,提出了切实可行的建议,以改善目前不容乐观的青少年体质健康状况,为达到城乡的教育均衡发展和教育公平做出努力。
