采用固相反应法,制备了Mg4Nb2O9(MN)微波介质陶瓷.研究了氧化铅硼硅玻璃PbO-B2O3-SiO2(PBS)掺杂对Mg4Nb2O9陶瓷的低温烧结行为、相结构、显微结构及其微波介电性能的影响.结果表明:采用4.0%PbO-B2O3-SiO2掺杂Mg4Nb2O9,能有效将Mg4Nb2O9陶瓷的烧结温度从1 400℃降低至975℃,且样品在975℃空气中烧结5 h,可获得良好的微波介电性能:εr=13.8,Q×f=37 382 GHz,Tf=-1.69×10-5℃-1.%The microwave dielectric ceramics Mg^NbjOgCMN) doped with PbO-BjOs-SiOzCPBS) is prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. The sintering behavior, phase component, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Mg4Nb2O9 ceramics are investigated. It is found that the sintering temperature of Mg4Nb209 ceramics doped with 4.0% PbO-B2O3-SiO2 is lowered from 1 400'C to 975'C and the optimum microwave dielectric properties are obtained (εr = 13. 8,QX/=37 382 GHz,r/ = -l. 69X10"-5'C"1) at 975*C for 5 h.
