学校是为人的发展而专门设置的机构,诚如教育目的所阐述的,其出发点为通过课堂教学形式,最终达到人的全面发展。但是,就现实而言,学校教育常为社会所诟病。学校教育作为制度化教育的产物,有其与生俱来的五个方面的不足,集中表现为制度化教育的符号化,现实上和学理上都有悖于人的发展要求。在制度化教育盛行而又无可取代时,加强符号化世界与人的生活世界之间的联系是改良制度化教育的唯一措施与手段。%School is special institution for human development by the teaching in classroom. In fact the result is not as our expectation and school has suffered the denounce from the social. Schooling, as a production of instituationalized education, has shortages in five ways. Those focus on the symbolization of the instituationalized education, and for more attentions those act against human-development. Under the instituationalized education, because of no others to replace it, to strengthen the relations between the symbol knowledge and life world is the sole steps and strategies in schooling in order to human develooment.
