PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful information about admission probability to an authorized childcare facility to a user, wherein it is examined by a predetermined screening criteria whether the user is admitted to the facility or not; and to provide a means for supporting a negotiation between a user and an unauthorized childcare facility, wherein it is examined whether the user is admitted to the each facility or not.;SOLUTION: For the authorized childcare facility, admission probability information showing admission probability is obtained according to the predetermined screening criteria on the basis of personal information about a user hoping to be admitted, and is displayed on user terminals 300A, 300B, 300C.
