积极心理学视域下的团体辅导对大学生心理危机的干预研究

     

摘要

目的 探求积极心理学视域下的团体辅导对处于心理危机状态的大学生心理健康的干预效果.方法 采用积极导向的团体辅导对某医科大学33 名心理危机大学生进行为期6 周的干预,干预前后及干预结束后3 个月采用症状自评量表、总体幸福感量表、青少年心理韧性量表进行测评,经SPSS 17.0 统计软件对数据进行重复测量方差分析及调整α水平的简单效应检验.结果 除偏执和精神病性因子外,试验组症状自评量表总分及各项因子得分、总体幸福感量表总分、青少年心理韧性量表总分与对照组得分变化趋势差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预结束时试验组症状自评量表总分及恐怖、抑郁因子得分低于对照组(P<0.016);干预结束3 个月后试验组症状自评量表总分及抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子得分低于对照组,总体幸福感量表总分及青少年韧性量表总分高于对照组(P<0.016).结论 积极心理学导向的团体辅导方式明显改善了心理危机大学生的心理健康状况,提高了大学生的总体幸福感和应对挫折的心理韧性.%Objective To explore the effects of positive psychological group counseling on the mental health of college students with mental crisis. Methods Group counseling based on positive psychology was conducted among 33 students with mental crisis from the medical university for 6 weeks. Investigations with SCL-90, General Well-Being Schedule and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents were carried out pre-and post-treatment, 3 mouths follow-ups respectively. Data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 statistical software with repeated measures analysis of variance and t-test with adjusted alpha level. Results The scores of all factors except the paranoid ideation and psychoticism factor, total scores of SCL-90, General Well-Being Schedule and Resilience Scale for Chinese adolescents in experimental group indicated statistic difference when compared with those in control group (P<0.05). The scores of phobic anxiety, depression, and total scores of SCL-90 in experimental group were lower than those in control group at the end of the experiment (P<0.016). The scores of depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychoticism, and total scores of SCL-90 in experimental group were lower while the total scores of General Well-Being Schedule and Resilience Scale for Chinese adolescents were higher than those in control group three months after the experiment (P<0.016). Conclusion The effects of group counseling based on positive psychology are significant in enhancing the level of mental health, general well-being and resilience of college students with mental crisis.
