基于Kolb体验学习模式的社区护理学实践教学效果观察

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of experiential learning in the practice teaching of "community health nursing". Methods We selected 160 nursing students in grade 2013 as control group and 134 in grade 2014 as observation group. Teaching methods including family visit, reflection and sharing, case study, community internship and health education simulation were conducted in control group while experiential learning based on Kolb 's Experiential Learning Theory was used in observation group for 3 rounds. Then course valuing inventory (CVI) and reflection reports were used to assess the teaching effect. Results Nursing students in observation group thought highly of some aspects such as learning experience, useful knowledge and skills and inspiring for thought and the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). CVI score of observation group was 109.65 ± 8.94 and there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). The major theme of reflection reports included "professional identity of community nursing", "intention of active learning" and "joy of growth experience". Conclusion Experiential learning helps improve nursing students ' awareness of community nursing, strengthen vocational emotion, promote active learning, and enhance comprehensive ability of community health nursing.%目的 探讨体验式学习在社区护理学实践教学中的应用及其效果.方法 选取某大学护理学院2013级和2014级本科护生为研究对象,2013级为对照组(n=160),2014级为观察组(n=134).对照组采用家庭访视、反思分享、案例讨论、社区见习和模拟宣教,观察组基于Kolb的四阶段学习模式框架,对原有的实践环节进行调整,先后进行3次体验,通过课程评价问卷和反思报告分析评价体验式学习的应用效果.结果 护生对"学习经历体验"、"有用的知识和技能"以及"启发思考"方面认可度较高,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).观察组的课程评价问卷总得分为(109.65±8.94)分,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).反思报告提炼的主题主要是"社区护理职业认同感"、"主动学习意愿"、"体验成长的喜悦".结论 社区护理实践教学采用体验式学习有助于提高护生对社区护理的认知,强化护生的职业情感,促进护生的主动学习,提升社区护理综合能力.
