工作坊模式在母婴护理教学中的应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To Discuss the application of workshop mode in maternal and child nursing care teaching.Methods Picked up 99 higher vocational nursing students as the control group,90 higher vocational nursing students as observe group.The control group used tra?ditional teaching mode to the maternal and child care teaching.The observation group used the workshop.According to the obstetric cases,it had designed the workshop activities measures,including the formation of the teaching faculty,plan of teaching content and implementation of teaching plan.After the course,compared two groups of higher vocational nursing students theory and skill examination result,satisfaction of teaching effect.Results The students'theory and practice skill examination scores of experimental group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.The students of experimental group satisfied the workshop teaching mode.They thought the workshop teaching mode was fun,and it could improve their learning enthusiasm and the basic operation ability,and so on.Conclusion The obstetric case workshop based on clinical experts is feasible,which can arouse the enthusiasm of the students to learn,improving the students'academic performance.And it also can exercise the students'ability of analyze and solve problems,teamwork ability and so on.%目的 探讨工作坊模式在母婴护理教学中的应用研究.方法 选取99名高职护生为对照组,90名高职护生为实验组,对照组采用传统模式进行母婴护理教学,实验组采用工作坊教学模式.以产科案例为主题,设计工作坊活动实施路径,包括组建教学师资、设置教学大纲、实施教学方案.课程结束后,比较两组高职护生的理论、技能考核成绩及对教学效果的满意度.结果 实验组高职护生理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;实验组高职护生对工作坊模式教学满意度较高,认为该种方式有趣,能够提高其学习主动性及基础操作能力等.结论 基于临床专家引导的产科案例工作坊是可行的,调动了高职护生学习积极性,提高学习成绩,其分析问题、解决问题、团队合作等能力也得到锻炼.
