在传统的翻译理论中，翻译一直被看成以忠实为绝对准则，不具有任何创造性的行为。译者被认为应竭力摆脱主观性的束缚，使译文完全忠实于原文。但文学翻译有着不同于其他翻译种类的很独特的特点。在翻译过程中，很多因素必须被考虑在内，绝对忠实是不可能实现的。在文学翻译实践中，译者的创造性叛逆已成为文学翻译不可避免的本质特征之一。%In traditional translation theories, translation has always been regarded as a non - creative activity and absolute fidelity was its ultra principle. The translator should try his very best to extricate himself from tyranny of subjectivity in order to make the translation completely faithful to the original. Literary translation has its own unique characteristics that are different from those of non - literary translation. A lot of factors must be taken into consideration. Absolute fidelity is impossible to realize. In literary translation practice, the translator＇ s creative treason has become one of unavoidable essential features.
