高职文秘专业实践教学体系构建的调研——以宁波地区为例

摘要

深入企业与高校,通过对企业秘书选聘标准、评价标准以及企业秘书工作内容、知识能力及心理方面要求的调研,以及高校文秘专业实践教学体系构建的现状调查,分析当前企业秘书岗位要求,发现高校文秘专业实践教学中存在的问题。在剖析原因的基础上,提出相关的建议,希望能对高职文秘专业实践教学体系的构建有所启示。%he paper analyzes the demands in current enterprise secretarial posts and finds the problems existing in the practical secretarial major teaching in higher vocational colleges through deepening into the researches about the employing standards,the evaluation criterion,the secretarial job contents,the ability of knowledge and the psychological demands.The paper puts forward suggestions hoping to give some clues for setting secretary major practical teaching system.
