概念整合理论与英语谚语理解初探

摘要

英语谚语是西方文化的重要组成部分。本文试从认知语言学的角度，运用概念整合理论，结合英语谚语具体实例，分析英语谚语的理解过程，探讨理解过程中的意义构建，为研究英语谚语提供一个新的视角。%English proverbs are an important part of western culture. From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, this thesis tries to analyze the process of understanding English proverbs through conceptual integration theory to reveal meaning construction and provide a new perspective of studying English proverbs.
