本科生导师制实施过程中存在的问题与对策--以丽水学院农村区域发展专业为例

摘要

本科生导师制是当今中国高等教育应对大学生个性化发展需要和新时期高素质创新人才的需求而进行的一种管理模式上的改革和探索。以丽水学院农村区域发展专业为例，从实施过程、实施机制、实施内容、软环境建设等方面分析该专业在实施本科生导师制过程中存在的问题，并提出重视导师制实施的整个过程、完善实施机制、增加师生互动的机会、加强本科生导师制软环境建设等对策。%Undergraduate tutorial system is a reform and exploration in the field of higher education of China for meeting the demand of individualized development of undergraduates and fostering highly qualified innovative talents in the new era. However,problems have been encountered in its implementation,for example,in process,mechanism,contents and intangible infrastructures Base on the analysis,a set of countermeasures are correspondingly proposed.
