目的论对商务英语文本翻译指导作用的阐释

摘要

The theory of teleology for translation favors that the translation expecting goal determines the method and strategy of translation. It should follow three general principles in translating process, which are purpose principle, coherence principle and loyalty principle. Combining the practical examples, this paper analyzes the essence of text translation on business English. It discusses the guiding function of teleology translation theory for business English text. It favors to start from the purpose of translating materials users and select translation method and strategy flexibly.%翻译目的论理论主张，译本预期目的决定翻译的方法和策略，在翻译过程中应遵循三个总体原则，即目的原则、连贯原则和忠实原则。结合实例分析了商务英语文本翻译的本质，探讨了目的论翻译理论对商务英语文本的指导作用，主张应以翻译材料使用者的目的为出发点，灵活选择翻译方法和策略。
