采用文献资料与逻辑分析等方法，对休闲体育专业学生就业能力进行解读，探讨其专业学生就业能力的内涵、构成和形成机制，分析其专业学生就业能力的特征，提出发展对策：关注学生的个性发展，在培养方案中增设不同类型(特色)的专业方向；注重专业知识，强化休闲体育文化的传播意识；强调学生职业技能，重视休闲运动技能的培养；重视工作经验，提供学习与交流机会。%Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, the employability is read of students majoring in leisure sports, dis-cussing the connotation, composition and mechanism,also the characteristics of the employability. It put forward the countermeas-ures:to focus on the development of students' individual character, adding different types ( features) of professional direction in the training plan;to pay attention to professional knowledge and enhance consciousness of spreading leisure sports culture;having em-phasis on students’ vocational skills to develop leisure sports skills;attaching great importance to work experience, a variety of op-portunities for their learning and communication.
