This physical employment ability matching system is characterized in that a physical employment ability determination server: classifies, from movement information representing the posture and movement of a body, physical employment ability which includes information relating to at least one of the intensity of a load imparted to the body by the posture and the movement, the load duration, the movement speed, the movement complexity and the endurance, the classification being made from a viewpoint of a body part or physical ability; quantifies the physical employment ability as necessary; and outputs physical employment ability determination results. The system is also characterized by an on-site work management server comparing the physical employment ability of a candidate and the physical employment ability necessary for a job to determine whether the candidate is suited to the job.
