基于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》的高师教育学课程小班化教学刍议

     

摘要

It is large-class teaching that causes pedagogy course in normal universities in trouble and its teaching quality questioned for a long time .Ministry of Education issued the Teacher Education Curriculum Standards ( for trail implementa-tion) ,which directed a way for pedagogy course reform .Implementation of the Teacher Education Curriculum Standards should been supported by small -class teaching ,which needs the teachers to change their views of curriculum and instruction and universities take a variety of ways to improve their teachers ’ knowledge level and classroom organization and manage-ment abilities .%长期以来高师教育学课程的教学大班化是导致该课程遭遇困境、教学质量受到质疑的主要原因。教育部《教师教育课程标准(试行)》的颁布为教育学课程的教学改革指明了方向。执行《课程标准》必须以小班化教学的组织形式为支撑。实行小班化教学需要任课教师转变课程与教学观,需要校方采取多种途径提高任课教师的学识水平和课堂组织管理能力。
