Students' Experiences of Different Pedagogical Practices. A Study of PersonnelManager Programme: Pedagogics Recruitment Fall Off and Course Quality Issues

The Personnel Management Program (PMP) is a three-year study-program which isdivided into a two-year block, that is common to all students, and a final year of enrichment in either of four subjects. Students can choose Marketing, Pedagogics, Psychology or Sociology. The overall purpose of the investigation reported on here, is to attempt to provide a balanced account of why recruitment to the pedagogics enrichment has fallen in recent years, and to consider issues of course quality in relation to this. If a more detailed account of the reasons for the drop-off in recruitement can be found, measures can be taken to alter the situation.
